Questions
Is this inventory app really free?
Yes. There are no ads and no paid plan. You can keep up to 10,000 items in one inventory. Up to 5 people can use it together.
Do I need an account?
To share an inventory, yes. You sign in with your email account. You can also try the app first. A trial inventory stays on your phone, and you can save it to your account later.
How do I share an inventory with my team?
Open the inventory and add the email address of each person. The person signs in with that address and the inventory appears in the list. The app sends no email, so tell the person yourself.
Does it work with no network?
Yes. Each change saves on your phone first. The phone sends the change to the server when it is online again. Open the inventory once while you are online. After that, the open page keeps working with no network.
How do QR code labels work?
Pick the items and a label sheet. The page makes one QR code for each item. Print the page. When you scan a label, the item opens. The label holds no secret. Only a member who is signed in can see the item.
Which label sheets can I print?
Letter sheets with 30 labels (Avery 5160, 2.625 x 1 in). A4 sheets with 21 labels (63.5 x 38.1 mm). Label printers with 2 x 1 in or 62 x 29 mm labels.
Can I scan a barcode?
Yes. Tap Scan and point the camera at a QR code. If your browser supports it, the camera also reads EAN, UPC and Code 128 barcodes. A code that no item has can start a new item.
Can I import and export a CSV file?
Yes. Export saves all items in a file that Excel opens. Import reads a CSV file, shows what will change, and changes nothing until you agree. It matches items by id, then by SKU.
Who can see my items?
Only the people you add to the inventory. Inventory pages are hidden from search engines. Read more about privacy.
What are the limits?
